Two men killed in wrong-way crash on I-17

PHOENIX, AZ – Two men were killed when their vehicles collided head-on on an I-17 off-ramp in Phoenix last week, according to KTAR.

The accident occurred on southbound I-17, near Greenway Road, at about 8 p.m. Friday night, as 38-year-old Marshall Wray was reportedly driving the wrong way on the ramp.

He collided head-on with another driver, Romsen Badalpour, 35, and Wray was pronounced dead at the scene.

Badalpour was taken to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his wounds.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
