One seriously injured in two-vehicle crash in Flagstaff

FLAGSTAFF, AZ – One person suffered serious injuries after a two-vehicle rollover crash on Route 66 Tuesday night.

According to KAFF, the crash occurred on East Route 66 near Lockett Drive on the night of March 15th.

A Chevy truck was reportedly traveling east on Route 66 at excessive speed without its lights on. A vehicle attempted to turn left onto Route 66 from a gas station and crashed into the Chevy truck.

The Chevy truck subsequently overturned and rolled over multiple lanes. The driver of the Chevy was ejected in the crash.

The driver of the Chevy suffered critical injuries and was taken to Flagstaff Medical Center. They are currently in stable condition.

The accident remains under investigation.
