MARICOPA, AZ – A driver tried to turn left at an intersection but lost control of their vehicle, leading them to crash into a tree, injuring themselves and claiming the life of their passenger.
This collision happened around 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the area of North Taft Avenue & West McDavid Road.
The driver sustained serious, life-threatening wounds and is recovering at Valley Hospital.
