2 pedestrians struck, killed in crash in Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – According to Nationwide Report, two pedestrians were struck and killed by a car in Phoenix on Tuesday.

Authorities say the accident took place around 8:00 p.m. near the intersection of 32nd Street and Thomas Road. First responders at the scene found what appeared to be two pedestrians, a man and a woman, who had been struck by a vehicle.

The pedestrians were transported to a local hospital where they were later pronounced dead. The driver involved in the accident remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

Police continue to investigate this incident.
