3 struck, injured by vehicle in Phoenix

PHOENIX, AZ – According to ABC15 Arizona, three people were struck by a vehicle at a Phoenix intersection on Sunday.

The crash took place at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Greenway Road on Sunday morning. Authorities say three people in total were struck by a vehicle and injured while crossing the street without a walk signal; two men on foot, and one person on a scooter.

The two men on foot sustained serious injuries in the crash and were transported to a local hospital for treatment. An unidentified woman involved in the crash also sustained injuries, but is in stable condition.

Police say the driver stayed at the scene of the crash and cooperated with officials. An investigation into this crash is ongoing.
