PHOENIX, AZ – A 6-month-old baby has died after a crash in central Phoenix that happened Saturday night at 7th Street and Buckeye Road.
According to AZFamily, the crash happened on Aug. 28 around 9 p.m. The driver of a Ford pickup truck ran a red light, crashing into a GMC pickup truck.
The baby and a 3-year-old were taken to a local hospital in “extremely critical condition,” where the baby later died.
Three adults were also taken to the hospital.
Police are investigating but do not believe impairment was a factor.
