PHOENIX, AZ – TTN Phoenix reports that a crash left three lanes of traffic blocked on I-17 SB in Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash was reported shortly before 4:30 p.m. near Exit 217B for Deer Valley Road. Three right southbound lanes of the interstate were blocked following the incident.
