PHOENIX, AZ – TTN Phoenix reports that a crash left a lane of traffic blocked on I-17 NB in Phoenix on Wednesday morning.
The crash was reported shortly before 9:00 a.m. near Exit 214C for Loop 101. The right lane was blocked and traffic was stopped back to Exit 212 following the accident.
