PHOENIX, AZ – Two adults and three children were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in west Phoenix on Wednesday evening. The crash took place sometime before 7 p.m. near the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Encanto Blvd.

One adult woman was ejected form her vehicle and taken to a local hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries. Three children were also hospitalized with unspecified injuries along with an adult man. The circumstances leading up to the crash are not mentioned in the report.
