Narrative

PHOENIX, AZ – According to Arizona Family News, a bicyclist was killed after being struck by two cars in Phoenix on Tuesday night.

Authorities say the accident took place around 10:00 p.m. near the intersection of Hatcher Road and Cave Creek Road when 25-year-old Noah Woodruff was attempting to bike across the road and was struck by a northbound vehicle on Cave Creek Road. Woodruff was not crossing at a marked crosswalk at the time of the first collision. A second car that was driving behind the first then also crashed into the biker.

Woodruff sustained severe injuries in the collisions and was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.
