PHOENIX, AZ – A 32-year-old man operating a vehicle lost his life after he collided with a wall of an apartment complex Saturday in the Campo Bello neighborhood. 

This single-vehicle wreck happened before 1 a.m. at the North 29th Street and Bell Road junction. The motorist – Kelvin Perez — died from his injuries at the scene.
