PHOENIX, AZ – A crash on I-17 South prompted part of the interstate and southbound lanes of McDowell Road to close for several hours Tuesday. Southbound McDowell closed at 3:15 a.m. and reopened close to 6 a.m. Heavy delays in this area were also prompted. No further information is available.
