PHOENIX, AZ – A motorcyclist was killed when he sideswiped a pickup truck on I-10 East in Phoenix Monday morning. The impact of this collision caused the motorcyclist, who was later identified as 60-year-old Rick Marino of Yuma, to be thrown from his bike. As a result, he suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup truck driver was unharmed. Impairment was not a contributing factor in this collision.

If you lost a loved one to a fatal collision, you could have the opportunity to pursue a wrongful death claim. Before beginning that process, you will need to have a copy of your loved one’s Arizona crash report.
