Narrative

PHOENIX, AZ – Two troopers and an 82-year-old woman were hospitalized after a wrong-way collision at State Route 51 and East Shea Boulevard Thursday morning. It appears the woman was going south on the northbound lanes for five miles. Troopers purposefully collided with the woman. The woman was not impaired but confused. All occupants sustained minor injuries.
