PHOENIX, AZ – TTN Phoenix reports that a crash took place on Interstate 17 NB near Thomas Road in Phoenix on Friday afternoon.
The crash took place in the northbound lanes of the interstate, near exit 201, and left 2 right lanes of traffic blocked.
