PHOENIX, AZ – At least one person was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision in Phoenix on Friday evening, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Virginia and 91st Avenue at about 6 p.m.
By 6:25 p.m., an undisclosed number of victims had been taken to the hospital.
Authorities closed down the intersection as they investigated the crash.
