MORRISTOWN, AZ – One person was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 60 north of Morristown on Christmas Eve, according to information from CBS 5 News.
The crash occurred at around 11 a.m. on eastbound U.S. 60 near milepost 116 and about five miles north of Morristown, as a driver headed westbound crossed into the lanes of oncoming traffic. There, the driver collided head-on with a second vehicle.
The wrong-way driver was pronounced dead after the crash.
At least one person in the other vehicle was injured, though no details were immediately released.
