PHOENIX, AZ – A man from Phoenix who was partially lying in the roadway was killed when he was struck by a driver on Indian School Road this weekend, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.
The crash happened near the intersection of W Indian School Rd and N 51st Avenue at around 5:15 a.m. Friday, when 39-year-old Robert Arzola, who was lying partially in the roadway, was struck by a driver.
Arzola was then pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities do not believe that the driver was under the influence when the accident occurred. Their investigation continues at this time.
