Two people hospitalized following wrong-way, possibly DUI crash on I-10 ramp

PHOENIX, AZ – A wrong-way crash that may have involved impaired driving on the I-10 in Phoenix sent two people to the hospital this weekend, according to reporting by FOX 10 Phoenix.

The collision happened on the I-10 westbound ramp from 67th Avenue at around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, when a wrong-way driver crashed into another vehicle on the ramp.

Two people were brought to the hospital to receive treatment for undisclosed injuries.

Authorities believe that intoxicated driving may have played a role in the collision, though their investigation continues at this time.
