PHOENIX, AZ – A woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision on 35th Avenue in Phoenix yesterday morning, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.
The crash happened on 35th Avenue and Thomas Road at about 8 a.m., when the driver of a pickup truck made a left turn, then collided with a car.
The driver of the car was taken to the hospital, and there, she was pronounced dead.
Authorities shut down all directions of traffic near the intersection as they investigated the collision.
