TEMPE, AZ – A driver of a vehicle failed to yield the right of way when turning, leading them to collide with a motorcycle, resulting in the motorcyclist sustaining serious wounds Tuesday. 

This collision happened before 6 p.m. at the South 48th Street and East Southern Avenue intersection. 

First responders rushed the motorcyclist to a hospital, where they are currently being treated for life-threatening injuries.
