TEMPE, AZ – A 46-year-old man lost his life when he crashed his motorcycle into the back of a car on Loop 101 North near University Drive Saturday. The bike caught on fire after striking the vehicle, killing the motorcyclist – Phillip Leroy, from Chandler – in the process.
