Narrative
TEMPE, AZ – A driver was speeding and declined to stop at a red light at Rio Salado Parkway & Rural Rd., and struck another car, leading one person to sustain serious injuries. This collision occurred after 2 a.m. Saturday, when the speeding driver was going north on Rural Road and the other motorist was going east on Rio Salado. A passenger from the struck car was sent to a hospital. The driver traveling at a high rate was arrested.
