TUCSON, AZ – A driver of a dark-colored pickup truck fatally struck a 41-year-old woman on the I-19 off-ramp towards West Valencia Road and then fled the scene Tuesday. The hit-and-run driver did have the right of way as they turned on a green light when Mada crossed.
