At least one person injured in 3-vehicle accident at Tucson intersection

TUCSON, AZ – At least one person was injured in a three-vehicle accident in northeast Tucson on Thursday afternoon, according to Tucson Police Sergeant Richard Gradillas.

The collision occurred at the intersection of N Craycroft Road and E Pima Street, and was reported by authorities just after 5 p.m.

Three vehicles were involved in the accident, including a silver sedan, a white SUV, and a dark-colored Jeep.

The identity of the victim was not made immediately available.

Authorities advised travelers to avoid the area, as the intersection was shut down, and traffic delays were likely.
