TUCSON, AZ – At least one person was killed in a single-vehicle crash on 1st Avenue in Tucson on Monday afternoon, according to details provided by the Tucson Police Department.

The collision happened on N 1st Ave between E Alturas Street and E Copper Street at around 4:20 p.m., when a single vehicle crashed.
At least one person was pronounced dead after the incident.
Police closed lanes on 1st Street as they worked the scene.
