TUCSON, AZ – At least one person was severely injured in a motorcycle crash on 22nd Street in Tucson yesterday evening, according to Sgt. Richard Gradillas of the Tucson Police Department.

The crash happened on E 22nd St and S Craycroft Road at around 5:45 p.m., when a motorcycle and a white Nissan SUV collided.
At least one person sustained severe injuries in the crash.
Authorities closed the intersection as they investigated. Drivers were advised to use an alternate travel route and to exercise caution when traveling near the scene.
