Serious injuries reported in north Tucson motorcycle crash

TUCSON, AZ – At least one person was severely injured during an accident in north Tucson on Monday, according to the Tucson Police Department.

The crash occurred near the intersection of W Grant Road and N Dragoon Street, near a QuikTrip service station in the El Rio Acres area, on Monday morning.

At least one motorcycle was involved in the collision.

Authorities reported at least one individual suffering severe wounds as a result.

Grant Rd was shut down between Dragoon St and the North Freeway Road for the investigation and cleanup efforts.

The identity of the victim has not yet been made available.
