PHOENIX, AZ – One person is dead and seven are injured after a fiery car accident early Monday morning, Phoenix police say.
According to LAWeekly, the accident happened at the intersection of 75th Ave and Indian School Rd around 4:30 a.m.
The driver of a Chevy Trax ran a red light and collided with a Chevy Silverado. The Silverado had seven people inside.
The driver of the Chevy Trax was pronounced dead at the scene. A 26-year-old man sustained critical injuries.
Six other people between the ages of 28 and 17 were injured.
Phoenix police are investigating.
