2 motorcyclists killed in alleged speed-related crash in West Valley

LIBERTY, AZ (MARICOPA COUNTY) – Two motorcyclists were killed in an accident in the West Valley area this weekend, according to ABC 15 News.

The crash occurred in the town of Liberty, near the intersection of Beloat Road and Tuthill Road, just before 11:59 p.m. Saturday.

Authorities stated that the two motorcyclist victims were driving at unsafe speeds when they crashed into the railing near the roadway.

The two motorcyclists, both of whom were wearing their helmets, died as a result. They were not immediately identified.

The accident remains under investigation.
