BURNSIDE, AZ (APACHE COUNTY) – A serious collision on State Route 264 led to closures in Burnside, located in Apache County, on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation (Arizona DOT).

The collision happened on westbound SR-264, near milepost 442 and east of Highway 191, and was reported at about 2:45 p.m.
It is unclear what led to the crash or if anyone was hurt as a result.
Drivers were asked to use caution near the site of the crash.
