EL MIRAGE, AZ (MARICOPA COUNTY) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a driver in the West Valley area on Friday night, according to ABC 15 News.
The accident happened in El Mirage, near the intersection of Olive Avenue and Litchfield Road, when a woman was struck by a vehicle.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, died at the scene.
The driver, whose identity was also not given, reportedly remained at the crash scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
