GLENDALE, AZ – Two people were taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on 47th Avenue in Glendale on Wednesday evening, according to information from CBS 5 News.
The crash happened near the intersection of 47th Avenue and Camelback Road at around 7:30 p.m., after five vehicles collided. At least two vehicles crashed in a rear-end collision.
One woman was taken to the hospital for the treatment of severe wounds.
A second woman was hospitalized as a precautionary measure.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation at this time.
