Narrative

MOHAVE COUNTY, AZ – Eight people were airlifted to a hospital, and at least one person died after a bus rollover collision along the Grand Canyon Resort Corporation on the 16500 block of AZ 66. This happened before 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1. The people who were airlifted to a hospital suffered critical, life-threatening injuries, while other people who sustained moderate injuries were transported by ground. It is not exactly clear how many people suffered the moderate wounds. Officials said another vehicle was involved in the collision, but they have not said what role this driver played. Updates will be posted should more information come to light.
