PHOENIX, AZ – A 19-year-old woman operating an SUV was allegedly impaired when she ran a red light and collided with a car, leaving one man critically hurt and claiming a woman’s life. This collision took place around 7 p.m. Monday on 40th Street. The three people from the car and the SUV driver — Jade Pedro — were sent to the hospital. Pedro and another occupant were treated and released from the hospital, while the man remains in critical condition.
