Narrative

PHOENIX, AZ – A driver of a car attempted to turn left onto a private driveway when she unintentionally struck a motorcyclist Sunday, which resulted in his death. This fatal collision took place around 5:30 a.m. in the area of 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road. The motorcyclist – 62-year-old Victor Quibas – was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Impairment and speed were not contributing factors to this fatal collision.
