Narrative

PHOENIX, AZ – A 19-year-old man operating a motorcycle succumbed to fatal wounds after colliding with a car in the Cave Creek district Saturday. This collision was reported around 5:30 p.m. in the area of North Cave Creek Road and East Nisbet Road. Officials said the driver of the car was going “from one side of the street to the other” when the crash unfolded. The motorcyclist — 19-year-old Matthew Allen-Winchester — was transported to a hospital, where he later died. There were no reports of pending charges.
