Man dead, woman and child injured in crash at Bell Rd and 35th Ave

PHOENIX, AZ – A man was killed and a woman and a girl were injured during a car crash in North Phoenix this morning, according to information from CBS 5 News.

The crash happened near the intersection of Bell Road and 35th Avenue at around 10:15 a.m., after the driver of a sedan swerved to the left side of the roadway. There, he crashed into an SUV.

The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the sedan.

Two occupants of the SUV, a 5-year-old girl and a 64-year-old woman, were hospitalized for the treatment of non-life-threatening wounds.

Authorities continue to investigate the accident at this time.
