Motorcyclist dead after collision with city bus near Metrocenter

PHOENIX, AZ – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision involving a bus near the MetroCenter last night, according to CBS 5 News.

The crash occurred near the intersection of N Metro Parkway W and Cheryl Drive at about 8:30 p.m., when a motorcyclist crashed into a Phoenix city bus which luckily had no passengers aboard at the time.

The motorcyclist, identified only as a man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The bus driver was not hurt in the accident.
