PHOENIX, AZ – A woman crossing the street in Phoenix was fatally hit by a car early Wednesday morning, according to CBS 5 News.
The collision occurred at Camelback Road and 21st Avenue at about 3 a.m., as Irma Temimovic, 36, was crossing the street. She was then hit by a vehicle.
Temimovic was taken to the hospital, and later was pronounced dead.
The driver remained at the scene and is not suspected of having been under the influence.
