Collision on Hwy 60 causes lane closures and delays in Tempe

TEMPE, AZ – A collision on Highway 60 this evening caused traffic delays and lane closures in Tempe, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).


The accident happened in the 1730 block of US-60, near Priest Drive, before 7:40 p.m.

The collision briefly blocked the left lane, near the ramp for eastbound I-10.

ADOT stated that the roadways were clear by 7:53 p.m.

It is unclear at this point what led to the accident or if anyone was injured.
