TEMPE, AZ – Minor injuries were reported after a dump truck overturned on Loop 202 and spilled concrete onto the roadway in Tempe on Thursday morning, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.
The crash occurred on eastbound Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway, east of McClintock Drive, before 8 a.m., after a dump truck carrying chunks of concrete crashed and overturned onto its side.
The concrete was then spilled across multiple lanes of the roadway.
Minor injuries were reported in the crash.
The freeway was closed down for multiple hours as authorities worked to clean up the debris.
