TUCSON, AZ – At least one person was injured during an accident at an intersection in east Tucson last week, according to KGUN.
The accident occurred near the Swan Way Park area, at the intersection of N Belvedere Avenue and E Speedway Boulevard, before 12:15 p.m. Thursday.
While the exact circumstances of the collision were not immediately available, authorities revealed that at least one person sustained severe wounds as a result.
Their identity was not yet released.
Authorities closed multiple eastbound lanes of Speedway Blvd for the cleanup and investigation of the crash.
