TUCSON, AZ – A 32-year-old woman died from her injuries eight days after being hit by a car on Valencia Rd and South Sixth Ave, police say.
According to KOLD, the victim was Jessica Renee Morgan. Morgan was hit by a car while crossing Valencia Rd on Aug. 5.
Tucson police reported that the driver stayed at the scene and was not impaired.
The driver has not been charged or issued any citations in relation to this incident.
