Two people injured in multi-vehicle crash on SR-69 in Prescott Valley

PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ – Two people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision on State Route 69 in Prescott Valley on Thursday afternoon, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.

The crash happened on northbound SR-69, near State Route 169, at 4:35 p.m., when the driver of a 2009 Chevrolet Impala was reportedly traveling at an unsafe speed and failed to notice a traffic light.

The Impala collided with the back of a Toyota Camry, which was pushed into two other vehicles.

The front passenger of the Camry and of the Impala were airlifted to the hospital in Phoenix with non-critical injuries.

The driver of the Impala received a citation for failing to control the speed of his vehicle.
