Narrative

YUMA, AZ – A 16-year-old and an 18-year-old died Friday in an alleged DUI crash in southwestern Yuma County.

The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. along 14th Avenue, which runs north to south on the west side Yuma.

Police say the 16-year-old driver may have been intoxicated when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a wall, a couple of parked cars, and a house.

Medics transported three teen passengers from the rear of the car to the hospital with serious injuries.
